About Us: Dallas / Fort Worth Sarcoma Foundation

The Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Sarcoma Foundation was organized in 1990 as a nonprofit research group actively involved in medical research dealing with the treatment of our patients with sarcomas (bone cancer) and musculoskeletal infections. This group of medical professionals is a multidisciplinary group, including many sub-specialists who are experts in their field.

The purpose of the DFW Sarcoma Foundation is to offer research and educational materials to the medical community to ensure continued efforts in the cure of musculoskeletal diseases. It is our hope that these combined efforts will enhance national recognition of the program and that similar strategies can be utilized by other investigators to optimize care for patients with sarcomas and musculoskeletal infections.
